These general contracting conditions are applied to all sales and services carried out in this web70 electronic commerce shop, to consumers, private users or companies.

At the moment that the user of this web70 electronic commerce shop makes a purchase or contracts a service, it is presupposed that said user automatically accepts the General Contracting Conditions.

PURCHASING OR CONTRACTING SERVICES IN THE web70 VIRTUAL SHOP

Purchases and contracting of services in this Virtual Shop are only possible for a minimum amount of 20 €, excluding postage and packing where appropriate.

Purchases and contracting of services are submitted to Spanish Legislation, and are thus deemed to be carried out at the business address of web70.

Prices of articles and services already include their corresponding VAT.

Purchases made by companies outside Spain, with destination within the European Union and with intra-community Tax Identification Number, will be exempt from payment of VAT. This can be done by sending the corresponding Tax Identification Number to the e-mail address: en@web70.com 

Purchases carried out by individuals or legal entities outside the European Union or resident in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be exempt from payment of VAT.

web 70 will not bear the cost of custom charges and procedures, special taxes, duties or any other expenses applied at destinations.

The articles offered on our website are backed by major commercial companies; nevertheless, if despite the controls carried out by the manufacturers themselves any product turns out to be defective, or should a delivery be incorrect, items can be returned or changed, providing that notification is given within a period of no more than ten days and items are returned in their original packaging. In these cases, dispatching costs will be borne by web70.

The purchase or service contracting invoice will be included with the delivery of the products acquired or sent by e-mail.

PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES AND/OR CONTRACTED SERVICES

Payment for purchases and/or contracted services at the web70 virtual shop may be made as follows:
1- By credit card.
2- By bank transfer.

DISPATCH CHARGES

Delivery costs will be governed according to the following rates:

Deliveries to mainland Spain:
Purchases at an amount greater than 100 € - free dispatch.
Purchases of less than 100 € - 10 € dispatch charge.

Balearic Islands

Purchases at an amount greater than 150 € - free dispatch.
Purchases of less than 150 € - 15 €  dispatch charge.

In conformity with that set out above in the conditions of purchase, dispatch charges do not include import tax (duty).
